Each application will be evaluated independently by all members of the Scholarship Fund to determine eligibility, completeness, merit, and financial need.

The amount of a scholarship will depend upon the student's need, the number of qualified applicants, the school, and the funds available for the year. In recent years, we have granted awards between $2,000 and $10,000 per academic year.

Awards will be announced for new and continuing scholars in late April. All grantees will be asked to sign and return an award agreement outlining the terms of the scholarship.

Payments

Scholarships are paid in two or three installments, following the pattern of the school's semesters or quarters.

New Scholars

For the first term, payment is contingent upon an electronic receipt showing evidence of registration for that term. Thereafter, payment is contingent upon receipt of an electronic transcript for units completed and registration for the coming term.

Continuing Scholars

Payment for upcoming semesters/quarters is contingent upon receipt of an electronic transcript for units completed demonstrating satisfactory academic performance, and registration for the coming term.
